Vision for Senegal

At Phoenix Foundation we appreciate the importance of eradicating the global vision care crisis. Clear sight does so much more than helps us see clearly. It helps children perform better in school, it helps adults live productive and fulfilled lives. We hope that through our activities we will provide multiple solutions and opportunities to people in need and that every person in the world should be honored for their value and given a chance for personal development.

Together with donors, volunteers, partners and sponsors, we bring eye exams, glasses and permanent vision centers to the individuals and places that need eye care the most and cannot afford them.

We have a clear vision how to help humankind to solve vision challenges by offering brotherly support to all in need Over a billion people have a vision impairment that was preventable or is treatable.

Almost 90% of people in the world who are affected with vision impairment live in
developing countries, where not being able to see often means a life of poverty. It’s nearly impossible to work, feed yourself, or meet your basic needs.

We believe that everyone deserves to see their world clearly.

We’re committed to providing access to high-quality, affordable vision and eye care and eyewear. As the only national private partnership and not-for-profit concept in vision care, we will serve so that everyone can enjoy a lifetime of good vision.
